Muscat Artificial Intelligence Solutions LLC (CR 1522721) (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) offers messaging and communication software-as-a-service solutions under the name and style of “Whatsel”(hereinafter referred to as the “Solution”). The Solution enables its customers to manage communications with their users efficiently and securely.

This Privacy Policy, together with our terms and conditions and other related policies, outlines how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you access or use the Solution.

Cloud API & WhatsApp

Whatsel integrates with WhatsApp Business APIs. Data shared via WhatsApp infrastructure may be processed and stored on Meta’s Cloud API infrastructure, which may include data centers outside Oman, including North America and the European Union.

By using the Solution, you acknowledge and agree to such data processing and storage arrangements.

Location Services

The Solution may collect anonymized location data (such as via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth) to improve functionality and service performance. Location data is collected only when enabled on your device.

Cookies
